Disposable syringes are made of high-molecular polypropylene materials and have good biocompatibility. The main body of the syringe is divided into three pieces and two pieces. The three-piece structure is a plunger, a barrel and a gasket; the two-piece structure is a a plunger and a barrel. The complete syringe also includes a needle and an outer packaging. Needles and syringes should be sterilized with ethylene oxide. The packaging of the syringe is plastic or blister package. The package must be marked with the name, product standard, specifications, batch number, whether with needle, production date, whether sterilized by ethylene oxide, the sterilization expiry date, precautions, manufacturer and manufacturer information. Qualified products should have high transparency, clear and accurate graduation lines, and not easy to fall off. The sliding performance should be good. The end of the barrel should be designed with an anti-falling structure to prevent the core rod from exiting the barrel due to excessive operation. Facilitate harmless disposal after one-time use. The complete production process of the syringe includes five major steps: injection of effectively assembled components, printing of the cylinder's tick marks, assembly of each component to the finished product, packaging of a single finished product, and overall sterilization of the product.
